			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;m sure many of you have problems with sleep &#8211; either intermittently or or a regular basis. I know I hear about it at least half a dozen times a day.</p>
<p>So here is an article discussion the lack of sleep we get. It&#8217;s also talking about a concept of &#8220;polyphasic sleeping&#8221; where you essentially sleep 20 minutes at a time, several times during the day&#8230;and that&#8217;s it!</p>
<p>Not sure about that one&#8230;.let me know what you think.</p>
