		<description>This  is essential information. I developed something similar for myself and carry in my wallet. One suggestion would be to add space category for listing health conditions. My card says Health: Type 2 diabetes: Prone to hypoglycemia. If I were to pass out while walking, the information would be there. (By the way, I always check my blood glucose before I exercise, and I carry energy bars with me. I figure that you can&#039;t be too prepared!</description>
