		<description>Precisely! I heard it said recently, and I can't recall where, that adding years to our lives is certainly a worthy goal, but adding life to our years is much more important. Just my opinion, but there are lots of folks who go through their entire life playing the role of a victim. If that's been your mindset, why stop now when you're growing older. Now you can blame all your problems and shortcomings on growing old. That won't draw my sympathy. I'm 70 year old guy, and I hope you don't mind my showing up here.</description>
