It’s so wonderful to hear other health care professionals say what so many of us have been saying.

It’s an excellent article and ends with :

“The message of menopause,” she summed up, “is to live better and better, to get rid of doubts, insecurities and fears, and wake up to life’s meaning.”

    I cant agree more. I propose a radical new view of menopause in our lives. Read Sex, Age and Menopause: a baby boomer’s manifesto from www.sexageandmenopause.com. Menopause should be an empowering transition of soul. Why do women submit to the medical view? Read the book and lets talk further.
