Mix 28 ounces of good quality water with 4 ounces of undiluted cranberry juice for a total of 32 ounces. (Make sure you use undiluted cranberry juice and not the Ocean Spray sweetened juice. You can get it at Trader Joe’s or your local health food store.) Drink throughout the day. It’s OK if you want to drink twice this much in a day!
